We have been working diligently to make the scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling of lessons more efficient and convenient for you. To better serve your child, we reserve significant time slots throughout our yearly schedule to accommodate all lessons.
In light of our attendance policy, we want to ensure that you have the opportunity to schedule makeup lessons whenever necessary. To streamline this process, we kindly ask that, going forward, if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you do so directly through your Parent Portal. You can access this either by logging into your account or via the portal link found here: Parent Portal.
ISR Self Rescue Absence Policy
Lesson Tuition is NOT prorated for student absence. Lesson times are reserved specifically for each child and therefore are non-refundable. A maximum of 3 makeup lessons per session are permitted.
Maintenance & Stroke Lesson Absence Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. A 48 hour notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations in order to receive a makeup credit. A maximum of 1 makeup per month.
